Yaktrax
- for winter foot traction -

(TOC)

Those who know me, know that I spend a lot of time outdoors, and to keep in shape, I do a hill-walk daily, using a weighted backpack. Walking those hills during the winter months once they become ice covered can become pretty treacherous without good traction. Yaktrax Pro Traction with Google search or can buy at Walmart, are the best traction devices I've found. There is no slipping or sliding in snow or even solid ice. The one and only problem I've had with them is when trying to use them on light snow, the snow does have a tendency to stick to and accumulate to the bottom as it separates from the surface below it.
