There's a few different types in this bed, but I forgot to mark them so it'll be a nice surprise. The "really big" production usually happens in early spring from the roots from this growing.

Pretty excited that the fall spinach is this far along indicating that we may get some big enough to pick before I have to prepare
it for the hard freezes later in the winter.
