I sprout the string beans for growing in the grow room in the winter by wrapping them in paper towel and placing in a
baggie until they sprout.
I then plant them into the pots where they'll remain throughout their growth cycle in the grow room under lights, supplied
with sufficient supplemental CO2. Soon after they broke the surface, I decided to do a timelapse recording of their progress
during the next 28 hours before moving them into the grow room.
The final pic is 10 days after sprouting in the baggie and now in the grow room
